It is designed to foster closer and more collaborative relationships. The ultimate goal of these relationships is to create additional value for Sika in terms of quality, cost, innovation, and reduced supply risk.

Supplier Relationship Management is focused on the act of continuous improvements within the areas of quality, delivery, service, cost, and innovation which leads to:
